Hi Alison,

Thank you for your patience. You wrote to me in July, and I wanted to do this properly instead of quickly.

You’ve looked after my parents for years. You treated my back once, and you were a regular at AvocoBar. So I’m not writing as a stranger with a pitch. I’m writing as someone who knows how good you are and wants more people to find out.

You said you expected me to tell you there’s too much information on your site. There isn’t too much. It’s in the wrong order, and it’s missing the few things a nervous first-time patient needs before they book. Everything else you need is already here: 31 years of practice, training most people in your field don’t have, and a new space opening this fall.

Below is what I found, what I’d build, and three ways to do it. Take your time. This page is built the way I’d build your site, so try it on your phone.

Keni

Keni MacLeod · Marketing That Connects

What you told me · July 16

Everything below is built around your own words.

“The website is my main source of advertising.”

So the site has to work like a receptionist, answering questions and booking visits while you're treating.

“Most clients find me through word of mouth.”

So we give the people who already talk about you something to send: one link that introduces you properly.

“Videos are beyond my skill level!”

So I film, and you show up and talk. No scripts, no editing, no apps to learn.

“I will be moving into a new space in late fall.”

So we time everything to the move, and your new address is right everywhere Google looks from day one.

“I am not confident on these platforms.”

So nothing here depends on you posting every week. Social media becomes optional.

“My advertising budget is pretty limited.”

So every option is built to pay for itself, and I'll put that promise in writing.

What I found · Checked September 28, 2026

You’re easy to find for your town. Your specialties are invisible.

I went through your website, your Google profile, your booking page, and the searches your future patients are typing. Here’s the picture.

On your website

Small things Google and first-time visitors notice

  1. 01The footer on every page reads © 2022.
  2. 02Your blog shows up in browser tabs and search as My Vxw Site N15d2r.
  3. 03When someone shares your homepage in a text or on Facebook, the preview is titled just Home.
  4. 04Your Google description is a list of keywords that starts with Massage Therapy.
  5. 05Prices, insurance and what to expect live only on the booking site, one click away from where people decide.
  6. 06There’s no page for any one condition, so Google can’t match you to specific searches.

What’s already working

The foundation we build on

  • First on Google for osteopathy in your township.
  • A perfect 5.0 rating from patients who've seen you for years.
  • Listed in Sun Life's provider directory for osteopathy.
  • Online booking is already set up through Noterro.
  • Credentials few competitors can match: 31 years in practice, an extra research year on dysfunctional breathing, infant, pelvic and biodynamic training, and 18 years of lymphatic work.

Your closest neighbour is right behind you.

Natural Balance Osteopathy in Hawkestone ranks directly below you for “osteopath oro-medonte.” Their site lists colic, postpartum and pelvic care, has an FAQ, and books online. The gap between first and second place is one well-built website.

About “too much information”

There isn’t too much. It’s in the wrong order.

Your homepage opens by explaining what osteopathy is. That answers a question most visitors haven’t asked yet. Someone on your site at ten at night is asking three things, in this order:

  1. 1Can she help with what I have?
  2. 2What happens when I get there, and what does it cost?
  3. 3How do I book?

Your new site answers those, in your voice. Your patient is the main character. You’re the guide who’s done this for 31 years. Everything you’ve already written stays, tucked into drawers people can open when they want the detail.

Today, your homepage opens with

What is Osteopathy?

Followed by three paragraphs on philosophy, inflammation and movement patterns.

Your new homepage could open with

Still sore after trying everything? Let’s find out why.

Followed by a two-minute film where people meet you, and a tap to the thing that brought them here.

Your new front door · A first sketch

One page that walks people from curious to booked.

  1. 01

    Meet Alison.

A short film plays silently at the top, the way a window shows a room. Tap for sound and people hear you explain how you work.

  2. 02

    What brings you in?

Visitors tap the situation that sounds like theirs: pain that keeps returning, a new baby, swelling, breathing, pelvic health, jaw pain. Each opens a short answer and a 45-second video from you.

  3. 03

    What to expect.

Your first visit, what to wear, your prices, and insurance, answered before anyone has to call.

  4. 04

    Book.

The right appointment opens in Noterro. If you'd like, a deposit or card on file secures it, so no-shows stop costing you an hour.

Why one page to start?

People read one well-made page top to bottom. Five thin pages mostly go unopened. On a phone, one page that flows is easier to trust and easier to act on.

Why add focused pages later?

Google ranks pages, not websites. A page about lymphedema can be found by someone searching for lymphedema. A paragraph on your homepage is much harder to find. That’s what the Realize path adds.

Concept sketch. Real words, photos and film come from our conversation.

Where new patients come from

Word of mouth already works for you. We give it a link.

The people who send patients to someone like you are already out there, and most of them are asked every week, “Do you know anyone good?” A short film and a clear page make you easy to recommend.

Where this could go · Four guesses

I don’t know yet which patients you want more of. Here’s what I’d guess.

The first thing I’ll ask when we sit down is which of these excites you. Your answer decides what we film and which pages we build.

Scenario A

The go-to for babies between Barrie and Orillia

You've trained in infant assessment every year since 2023. New parents search late at night, and midwives get asked who to see.

What we’d build

An infant page, a “your baby's first visit” film, and a short note midwives and lactation consultants can forward.

Scenario B

The lymphatic specialist on the Orillia side

Eighteen years of Dr. Vodder training. Today the Barrie clinics own this search, and most results skip Orillia entirely.

What we’d build

A lymphatic care page, a “what to expect” video, and an introduction for oncology nurses and garment fitters.

Scenario C

Breathing and the nervous system

You spent an extra year researching osteopathic treatment for dysfunctional breathing. Very few practitioners can say that.

What we’d build

A breathing page and a short film that explains how you work with stress, tension and breath.

Scenario D

A full calendar, and room for a colleague

If the new space has a second room, a brand like this is what attracts the right RMT or naturopath to work alongside you.

What we’d build

A “work with me” section, and a film that shows the kind of practice you've built.

Three paths

Refresh. Reintroduce. Realize.

Each path includes everything in the one before it. All prices are one-time, and you own everything we make.

Refresh

Polish, done properly.

$1,900+ HST

  • A new one-page site, built as a guided path from “What brings you in?” to “Book”

  • A “We've moved” email to your patients and a postcard design with a QR code to your film

  • A seasonal plan with four reasons to come in, like a December benefits reminder or a free guide for new parents
  • Deposits or card on file, set up inside Noterro through Square
  • Your first ads launched together, with coaching so you can run them yourself
  • Quarterly check-ins for a year, comparing each quarter to the same one last year

Everything complete within 90 days

Or three payments of $2,300: at kickoff, at the first shoot, and at launch. Ad spend is separate and yours to set.

What does it cost?

$0*

I’ve watched this happen too many times to be shy about it. A good site and a good film bring in new patients who more than cover what they cost, and they keep doing it for years. Like any machine, it needs a little fuel. What I want to build you is the machine: something that handles your marketing while you treat, instead of a website that’s out of date the day your address changes.

*After it pays for itself. See my promise below.

Check my math with your numbers

Realize151 every 3 weeks

Every visit after that first year, and every person those patients refer, is on top.

My promise, in writing

If it doesn’t pay for itself, I keep working until it does.

The pays-for-itself promise

Twelve months after launch, we check the numbers together.

If the new patients who found you through the site, the films or a link we built haven’t brought in at least what you invested, I keep working for you at no charge. A working session every month, new edits, page changes and campaign ideas, until they have.

What I ask in return:

  • New patients are asked “How did you hear about me?” when they book. I'll add it to your intake.
  • You send the launch email to your patients and share the film with your referral partners.
  • The site stays live with its booking links in place.

Nothing goes live without your yes.

You get two full rounds of changes on every page and every film. Nothing is published until you’d happily send it to your favourite patient.

You own all of it.

Your domain, your site, your footage and your files. You can edit your hours, prices and words yourself, and I’ll show you how. Start small and upgrade within 90 days, and every dollar you’ve paid counts toward the bigger path.

Free work under the promise continues for up to 12 more months. Ad spend, printing and postage are separate.

Why me

You knew me as the AvocoBar guy.

For ten years we ran five AvocoBar locations. One video about why I started it played on the walls of every one of them, the whole time. It did more to make strangers feel like regulars than anything else we ever made.

When I started making marketing videos for the restaurants, the effect on our sales was dramatic. That’s why I closed the restaurants to do this full time: websites and films for local businesses.

I never liked being on camera either. It turned out not to matter.

What filming with me is like
  • No scripts, nothing to memorize.

We talk. I ask the questions your patients would ask, and I keep the moments where you sound like yourself.

  • A few hours in your own space.

A couple of angles and rooms. A patient or two can join with their consent. I know a few MacLeods who would happily hop on the table.

  • Your College's rules, built in.

The CMTO asks RMTs to keep testimonials out of their advertising. We tell your story instead: no testimonials, no promised results, your credentials and fees stated clearly.

  • You see every cut first.

If you don't like how something looks or sounds, it changes.

Why now

Your move is the one time everyone expects to hear from you.

The move

A new address is news. It's the natural moment to reintroduce yourself to every patient you've ever had.

Your January prices

Your booking page says prices rise in January. The new site can launch with them.

A clean comparison

Launching for Q1 lets us compare January to March against the same months this year, in black and white.

My fall calendar

Fall shoots are filling up. Choosing a path now holds a date for filming in your new space.

This week

Choose a path

I hold a shoot date for you in my fall calendar.

October

One conversation, then I build

An hour together to learn who you most want to help. Research, Google profile cleanup, and the site build begin.

Early November

Your new site goes live

With your current address, ready to switch.

Late fall

You move, and so does everything online

Your address changes everywhere in a day. We film once the new space feels like yours.

December

“We've moved”

Email and postcards go out. Many benefit plans reset in January, so it's also a good time to remind patients to use what's left.

January 2027

Your film goes live

The new homepage launches with your new prices, and Q1 tracking begins.

April 2027

First look at the numbers

Q1 2027 against Q1 2026, side by side.

Dates move with your move. We’ll set them together once you know your date.

A gift, whatever you decide

Five fixes you can make this week, for free.

These take less than an hour, and they’ll help right away.

1

Add your hours to your Google profile. Right now it invites people to “Add hours.” Profiles with complete details tend to show up more often.

2

Rename your site in your Wix settings. Your blog appears as My Vxw Site N15d2r in browser tabs and search results, and your homepage shares as just Home.

3

Update your footer year. Change © 2022 to 2026 so visitors know the site is current.

4

Fix three small typos. trained a professional on Treatment services, and Inital Assessment and releive on your booking page.

5

Rewrite your Google description as a sentence. Lead with osteopathy, your town, and who you help, instead of a keyword list starting with massage.
